The brightwork was varnished and the bottom prepared and then had its final coats of antifoul. Below The topsides together with the seams were  prepared and then primed before the final paint scheme was applied

Specially shaped splines were manufactured and then glued in place.

The topsides then had  their final coats of Gloss and she  looked pretty as a picture.

The filling and caulking  of two seams port and starboard was removed.
